Please note: E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase products online at this time. 

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of CBQ Facial Beauty Bar E-Gift Cards. Your purchase and use of the E-Gift Cards constitute your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Redemption & Use
E-Gift Cards are redeemable at CBQ Facial Beauty Bar 4458 S. Cottage Grove Chicago, IL 60653. They may not be returned, and may not be redeemed for cash. E-Gift Cards are eligible for our face wash (facials) or CBQ skin care products.

Expiration & Fees                                                                                                                         

E-Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards will not be replaced. CBQ will not be responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards or if your E-Gift Card is used without your permission. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. CBQ reserves the right to refuse to accept E-Gift Cards that CBQ appear to be obtained fraudulently.
