Redemption & Use
eGift cards are redeemable at CBQ Facial Beauty Bar 4458 S. Cottage Grove Chicago, IL 60653. They may not be returned, and may not be redeemed for cash. eGift cards are eligible for our face wash (facials) or CBQ skin care products.

Expiration & Fees

eGift cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
Lost or stolen eGift cards will not be replaced. CBQ will not be responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards or if your eGift card is used without your permission. Please treat your eGift card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. CBQ reserves the right to refuse to accept egift cards that CBQ appear to be obtained fraudulently.
