Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your shopping experience from order to delivery.

As with any skin care or cosmetics there is a very small percentage of people who may be allergic to different substances in our products. If you notice any unpleasant side effects, please discontinue immediately. CBQ Facial Beauty Bar will not be held liable. Customers use our products of their own decision and at their own risk. Please make sure you read the product ingredients before purchasing.

Even with natural products, always do a patch test on the hand, arm or inside your elbow before applying or using a new product, especially if you have sensitive skin. It is best to wait 24-48 hours. The life shelf {expiration date} on all our products is once you open the product, it’s best to use it within 6 months, after 1 year discard the remaining.

All product sales are final for sanitation purposes. Color variations may differ slightly from the displayed color. We will gladly replace a damaged item for an even exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please email a picture of the damaged item along with the original packaging with 24 hours of receipt to info@cbqbeautybar.com 

Products & Shipping Policy: We ship out during business hours only. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? No. We do offer to buy online and pick up at the facial bar by appointment pick up only. Allow 1-2 business days to process your order! (may take longer during holidays/sales). Please note that CBQ Facial Beauty Bar is NOT responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has received the package. We do offer pick-up in store for your convenience. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the United States Postal Service. If you have to cancel an order, please do so 24 hours after the order is placed. Please understand that transit times provided by the USPS are 3-7 days. There is absolutely no way WE can control any delays, missed routed mail, or mishaps once the packages leave our hands. Delays are to be expected during holidays, extreme weather, etc. Please verify your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.
