Please note I have tried to display and describe all products colors on this site as accurately as possible. Some variation in the appearance of actual product colors may result due to the use of differing monitors and color gamuts. I am not responsible for differences in color due to differing monitor settings. All items posted or custom made are Final Sale Only (No Refund/ No Exchange.) Unfortunately due to hygiene, health and safety none of the products sold can be returned or exchanged.
In the event your item was damaged during shipping, please send me an email @ chicagobrowqueen@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receipt. I will ask that you send me a picture of the product and shipping package via email. If you are unsatisfied about something, let me know and I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. My customers are very important to me, and without you my business would be nothing.
